As the only one who manufacture under the license of Germany Benz Heavy-Duty Truck technology, our company established the domestic first-level production lines of general assembling, axle machining, transfer case machining, covering parts of large-scale cab, frame punching, Eisenman spray painting, and vehicle testing.

On September 27, 1988, under the personal witness of the Premier of the State Council, a contract was signed to introduce the complete set of process technologies of Mercedes-Benz in Germany.
The factory is located in Baotou City, inner Mongolia, covering an area of approximately 1.5 million squaremeters. lt includes a cab manufacturing company, an assembly manufacturing plant, a technologyinnovation research institute, a spare parts company, a marketing company, etc. The factory has gradually achieved unmanned and automated production and is equipped with a variety of large andadvanced equipment.
The enterprise has established four major product platforms, namely NG80, NG08, NG09 and NG10. Byvirtue of advanced production lines for complete vehicle assembly, cabs, vehicle frames and axles, it crafts high-quality Beiben trucks.

Frame structure of Benz technology, unique composite frame characterized with unequal width, variable sections ,fish-belly and equal rigidity, optimizing as the characteristics of its application of heavy duty truck; stress distributed uniformly on the frame, alternated load impact is able to be met.
 

 

With the characteristic of good strength and energy absorption, both the cabin and the half-float suspension assure the safty of collision. The steel plate with superior quality has been apoted and stamped as an integrality. Steel thickness of outer and inner plate on front wall are 1.5mm and 1.7mm. The cab is dual cavity structure with good strength. The mid-longitudinal frame of cab with its steel plate thickness of 5mm plus 4mm is composite structure .The Cab has passed the pendulum hammer striking test and met the demand of ECE R29 regulations.
The steel plate of S12,ST14,ST16 with good quality on the surface and  great ductility is made by Baosteel in accordance with the standard of Germany .
The record of no driver dead in collision accidents held by Beiben truck up to now.

 

With the material of nodular cast iron adoted and casted as an integrated one, BEIBEN axle housing are able to bear 1.17 million times of fatigue test ,which is conducted by national authorities.
The adoption of colding beating process on spline of half shaft , both the fibre direction of metallic material is guaranteed and the strength of spline is to be enhanced.

 

 On the basics of full set of Benz technology imported together with the first-class assembling and the manufacturing process, the extra process examination on each work station is conducted , which ensures the quality products .
